Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

At AltHealth365, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the terms below.
To start a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number, your full name, and the reason for the return.
When preparing your return, include the original packing slip. If you no longer have it, include a piece of paper with your full name, order number if available, shipping address, and the email address used for the order.
Please send all returns through USPS to: AltHealth365, 8152 S. Welby Park Dr, Ste B, West Jordan, UT 84088. Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Products may be returned in any condition. Heavily used or empty products may qualify for a partial refund or store credit rather than a full refund. We limit returns to no more than two per customer within any six-month period. A restocking fee of $2.50 per returned item may be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or fully refunded with no restocking fee.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
AltHealth365 is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or missing items. We are also not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
