Return/Refund Policy

At AltHealth365, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Return Window:

    • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process:

    1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

    1. Prepare Your Return: Include the original packing slip with your return. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a piece of paper with your full name and address.

    1. Ship Your Return: Send the return via USPS to the following address: AltHealth365 8152 S. Welby Park Dr Ste B West Jordan, UT 84088

Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping labels. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Return Conditions:

    • Products can be returned in any condition. However, heavily used or empty products may qualify for a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund.

    • We limit returns to no more than two returns per customer within a six-month period.

    • A restocking fee of $2.50 will be deducted from your refund for each returned item that passes our quality check.

 

Refunds:

    • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus a $2.50 restocking fee per item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund without any restocking fee.

Exchanges:

    • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Items:

  • We do not provide refunds or replacements for items that are lost or stolen after delivery. Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft.

Incorrect Address:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are not received due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
