Shipping Policy

Where we ship
AltHealth365 ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to military APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $7.00. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $35 or more qualify for free shipping. The $35 minimum is calculated before coupon discounts and excludes shipping and tax. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order processing
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of being placed, except on weekends. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday normally ship the following Monday. Fulfillment operates on Mountain Time. Holidays and unexpected fulfillment delays may affect this schedule.
Estimated delivery after shipment
- Orders containing 1–4 bottles: Normally ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days after shipment.
- Orders containing 5 or more bottles: Normally ship via USPS Priority Mail, with an average delivery time of 2–4 business days after shipment.
Bottle count includes the bottles within a bundle. Delivery estimates are separate from order processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Shipping charges remain the same for Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and destination conditions can affect delivery.
Tracking and shipping help
Use your shipment tracking information to check delivery progress. If you need tracking information, your package is delayed or missing, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@althealth365.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos of the package and items so we can help investigate.
Shipping address changes
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but address changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
